Rent A Buggy is conveniently located at Providenciales Airport Terminal, Providenciales, TKCA 1ZZ, making it easy for you to pick up your rental as soon as you arrive.

What types of vehicles do you rent?

We offer a selection of reliable rental vehicles to suit your travel needs, including:

Vans – Ideal for families or groups needing extra space.
Small sedans – A great choice for fuel efficiency and easy city driving.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee availability, especially during peak travel seasons. However, we do accept walk-ins based on availability.

Rental Policies

What are the requirements to rent a vehicle?

To rent a vehicle, you must:

● Be 25 years or older
● Have a valid driver’s license
● Provide a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)

We do not accept debit cards or cash for rentals.

What’s included in the rental price?

Our rental price includes:

● A well-maintained vehicle
Basic roadside assistance

Not included: Fuel, optional insurance, and additional gear unless otherwise specified.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of rental. The amount depends on the vehicle type and rental duration. Deposits are refunded upon return after a vehicle inspection.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not charge you until you pick up the vehicle, meaning there are no cancellation fees. However, we appreciate advance notice for any changes or cancellations.

Is insurance included in the rental?

We offer three optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) plans, each with different deductible levels in case of an accident.

If you have credit card-based insurance, please confirm it applies to Turks and Caicos rentals, as some cards may not offer coverage.

Vehicle Pickup & Drop-off

Where can I pick up and drop off my rental?

Our rental desk is conveniently located at the airport, and we also offer delivery to resorts upon request. Just let us know your preferred time and location.

What should I bring when picking up the vehicle?

Credit card for payment & deposit

Do I have to return the vehicle with a full tank?

Yes, vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. A refueling charge applies if the tank is not full.


Driving & Usage

Are there any restrictions on where I can drive the vehicle?

Yes, please follow these guidelines:

Stay on designated roads and trails
No driving on beaches, protected areas, or private properties


Can I take the vehicle to other islands/regions?

Our rentals are for use within Providenciales, Turks and Caicos only. Off-island transport is not permitted.


Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, for a small fee of $5 per day. All additional drivers must meet the same age and license requirements.


Safety & Maintenance

How often are the vehicles serviced?

Our vehicles are thoroughly inspected and maintained before each rental to ensure safety and reliability.

What should I do in case of an accident?

  2. Call local emergency services if needed.

Do you offer refunds or compensation for bad weather?

We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions. However, if the weather makes driving unsafe, we may allow rescheduling based on availability.

Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to recover lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left behind.
